Es richtet sich speziell an Frauen, die nach einem ganzheitlichen Ansatz<br \/>\nsuchen, der k\u00f6rperliche Fitness, geistige Gesundheit und Stressabbau kombiniert.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr alle Fitnesslevels geeignet.<strong><br \/>\nTrainingsinhalte:<br \/>\n1. HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)<br \/>\n<\/strong>K\u00f6rperliche Fitness, Fettverbrennung, Kraftaufbau und Ausdauersteigerung.<br \/>\nDas HIIT-Training besteht aus intensiven Intervallen, in denen schnelle, funktionelle<br \/>\n\u00dcbungen (wie Burpees, Spr\u00fcnge, Sprints, Mountain Climbers, und Kettlebell-\u00dcbungen) den<br \/>\nK\u00f6rper fordern. Diese Einheiten sind kurz und intensiv, um die Herzfrequenz zu steigern und<br \/>\nden K\u00f6rper zu kr\u00e4ftigen. Die \u00dcbungen werden an verschiedene Fitnesslevel angepasst, so<br \/>\ndass sowohl Anf\u00e4ngerinnen als auch Fortgeschrittene gemeinsam trainieren k\u00f6nnen.<strong><br \/>\n2. Nordic Walking<br \/>\n<\/strong>Verbesserung der Ausdauer, Gelenkschonung, St\u00e4rkung des Kreislaufsystems.<br \/>\nNordic Walking ist eine gelenkschonende, aber sehr effektive Ausdauereinheit, die drau\u00dfen<br \/>\nin der Natur durchgef\u00fchrt wird. Durch den Einsatz von St\u00f6cken werden zus\u00e4tzlich die Arme<br \/>\nund der Oberk\u00f6rper aktiviert. Ideal, um in der Natur zu entspannen, den Kopf<br \/>\nfreizubekommen und gleichzeitig die Ausdauer zu steigern.<br \/>\nDie Einheiten werden mit einer kurzen Achtsamkeits\u00fcbung oder Atemtechnik kombiniert, um<br \/>\ndas Mindful-Element zu verst\u00e4rken.<strong><br \/>\n3. Yoga<br \/>\n<\/strong>Flexibilit\u00e4t, Dehnung, K\u00f6rperwahrnehmung, mentale Entspannung und Stressabbau.<br \/>\nYoga-Sessions bieten eine M\u00f6glichkeit, den K\u00f6rper nach den intensiven HIIT-Workouts zu<br \/>\ndehnen und zu entspannen.
