Es richtet sich speziell an Frauen, die nach einem ganzheitlichen Ansatz suchen, der k\u00f6rperliche Fitness, geistige Gesundheit und Stressabbau kombiniert.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Trainingsinhalte<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>HIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">K\u00f6rperliche Fitness, Fettverbrennung, Kraftaufbau und Ausdauersteigerung.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Das HIIT-Training besteht aus intensiven Intervallen, in denen schnelle, funktionelle \u00dcbungen (wie Burpees, Spr\u00fcnge, Sprints, Mountain Climbers, und Kettlebell-\u00dcbungen) den K\u00f6rper fordern. Diese Einheiten sind kurz und intensiv, um die Herzfrequenz zu steigern und den K\u00f6rper zu kr\u00e4ftigen. Die \u00dcbungen werden an verschiedene Fitnesslevel angepasst, so dass sowohl Anf\u00e4ngerinnen als auch Fortgeschrittene gemeinsam trainieren k\u00f6nnen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Nordic Walking<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Verbesserung der Ausdauer, Gelenkschonung, St\u00e4rkung des Kreislaufsystems.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Nordic Walking ist eine gelenkschonende, aber sehr effektive Ausdauereinheit, die drau\u00dfenin der Natur durchgef\u00fchrt wird. Durch den Einsatz von St\u00f6cken werden zus\u00e4tzlich die Arme und der Oberk\u00f6rper aktiviert. Ideal, um in der Natur zu entspannen, den Kopf freizubekommen und gleichzeitig die Ausdauer zu steigern. Die Einheiten werden mit einer kurzen Achtsamkeits\u00fcbung oder Atemtechnik kombiniert, um das Mindful-Element zu verst\u00e4rken.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Yoga<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Flexibilit\u00e4t, Dehnung, K\u00f6rperwahrnehmung, mentale Entspannung und Stressabbau.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Yoga-Sessions bieten eine M\u00f6glichkeit, den K\u00f6rper nach den intensiven HIIT-Workouts zu dehnen und zu entspannen.
